Services
XCONTENT provides X (Twitter) content management services as described on xcontent.xyz. Service terms are agreed upon individually per client via a signed agreement.

1. Payment
   Services are billed monthly. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. No refunds are issued for completed work.

2. Intellectual Property
   Content created by XCONTENT for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment.

3. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.

4. Termination
   Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability
   XCONTENT is not liable for outcomes resulting from published content, including but not limited to engagement metrics or follower growth.
